Fair Work Act and Modern Award Review

Early in 2012, both the Fair Work Act and the Modern Awards will be reviewed. These reviews provide the first opportunity for farmers to give their feedback on the impact of both the Act and the Awards on their operations.

The NFF will be making submissions to the Act and Award reviews on behalf of our members. Any changes that farmers would like to see made to the Act or the Award will require evidence as to their impact on farm businesses.

As a result, we have put together two short surveys about how the Act and/or the Award impacts you. Please take five minutes to complete the following surveys to ensure your voice is heard in our submissions to Government.
