About AgCAREERSTART.

The AgCAREERSTART pilot program, established by the Commonwealth Government and delivered by the National Farmers’ Federation, was created to tackle critical workforce challenges in the Australian food and fibre production sector.  

AgCAREERSTART has transformed opportunities for young Australians, particularly those from non-agricultural and metropolitan backgrounds, providing them a clear, supported and exciting pathway into agricultural careers.
